Pisau rimer YG-1 Machine Reamer Spiral Flutes, HSS-E K21B1 merupakan pilihan ekonomis untuk aplikasi milling pada material Cast iron, Aluminium maupun Steel, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron & Non-Ferrous keras seperti Plastik HDPE. Tersedia dalam ukuran Ø2mm – Ø20mm, pisau rimer ini sesuai standar Jerman DIN 208. Tipe ulir pisau rimer ini Left Hand dengan arah potong dari kanan.

Mata rimer YG-1 Machine Reamer K21B1 terbuat dari material dasar High Speed Steel Cobalt 5% untuk aplikasi di mesin manual, semi-CNC milling. Geometri ulir flute miliknya dirancang untuk kekakuan dan peningkatan evakuasi chip dengan finishing yang halus bahkan dalam aplikasi dinding yang tipis.

  • Alat potong tunggal untuk operasi reaming dengan fitur pemotongan pinggir. 

  • Desain facet pisau arah tangan kanan dengan standar Jerman DIN 208, untuk hasil akhir yang lebih baik.

  • O.D. Tolerance DIN1420:

    1/100 size : from Ø2.01 to Ø5.03 : +0.004/-0.000mm
