Thread limit gauge dari OSG Thread Limit Gage Class 6H Go/No Go15002 ini digunakan untuk memeriksa kecocokan dari lubang ulir sekrup dan silinder dari komponen yang identik dengan jumlah kecil dan menegah dalam line produksi.

OSG merupakan produsen tapping, Snei, end mill, mata bor, dan alat pembuat ulir sekrup threading dengan presisi cutting tool asal Jepang yang dimulai tahun 1938. Pastikan keaslian cutting tool OSG dengan memperolehnya dari Metalextra.com.

Fitur OSG Thread Limit Gage Class 6H Go/No Go15002:

  • Material HSS tanpa coating dengan kekuatan material rata-rata 62 HRC hingga 64 HRC

  • Klasifikasi pengukur untuk pengukur batas sekrup ditentukan dengan nilai yang sama dengan sekrup yang akan diukur.

  • Jika sisi GO mengukur melewati dengan nyaman dan sisi NO GO tidak mengacaukan dalam dua putaran atau lebih, maka sekrup yang bagus dinilai telah lewat.

  • Direkomendasikan untuk aplikasi general purpose pada material ferrous maupun non-ferrous seperti material baja, besi, construction steels, tempered steels dan cemen-tation steels.

  • Tersedia untuk tipe ulir solid ukuran size M3 x 0.5 hingga M24 x 3.0, sedangkan Snei tipe adjustable tersedia all size.

  • Sertifikat conformity termasuk dalam setiap kemasan paket/unit
