NACHI GS MILL 2-Flutes ø0.2mm – ø20mm 2GS LIST 9382 merupakan pisau frais ekonomis untuk pengerjaan finishing material besi, semua logam ferrous dan baja seperti: general steel / Quenched and tempered steel / High Hardness Steel-HRC55 / Stainless Steel / Cast Iron / Titanium hingga 55 HRC.

Pisau frais NACHI GS MILL 2-Flutes 2GS LIST 9382 ini menawarkan dengan pilihan diameter ø0.2mm – ø20mm presisi untuk beragam aplikasi finishing pada beragam mesin milling. Dengan material inti dari karbida paduan butiran mikro untuk kekerasan tinggi, pisau frais ini mampu menahan deformasi mikro-plastik dan meningkatkan daya tahan saat pengerjaan basah dengan coolant maupun kering.

  • Ulir mata pisaunya hanya 2 flute dengan kepala endmill yang flat dan kemiringan sudut 30° dan leher bentuk kerucut conical bersudut 12° yang sesuai untuk benda kerja yang desainnya rumit maupun penggunaan di mesin Machining center tercanggih dengan kecepatan tinggi.
